Shipping information Poland*

The waiting time for delivery, depending on the selected option, is:

DHL courier - 2 business days or faster

DHL Premium Courier - Next business day

Couriers arrive at our warehouse to pick up packed parcels every day from Monday to Friday around 2:00 pm and pick up all packed shipments.

Some information at the end:

• If payment by traditional transfer has been selected, the shipping date will be calculated from the moment the payment confirmation is credited or sent to our bank account.
• Although our warehouse operates 5 days a week, couriers do not pick up packages on weekends.
• In the run-up to Christmas, DHL couriers also deliver packages on Saturdays and Sundays, but this is not the rule and we have no control over it.

Parcels to other countries are sent by Polish Post.
