Couriers arrive at our warehouse to pick up packed parcels every day from Monday to Friday around 2:00 pm and pick up all packed shipments.

If payment by traditional transfer has been selected, the shipping date will be calculated from the moment the payment confirmation is credited or sent to our bank account.
Although our warehouse operates 5 days a week, couriers do not pick up packages on weekends.
In the run-up to Christmas, DHL couriers also deliver packages on Saturdays and Sundays, but this is not the rule and we have no control over it.

Manufacturing process and materials

The production process of ceramic vessels at the Ceramic Works "BOLESŁAWIEC" Sp. Ltd. is extremely complex. The dishes are made only from natural clays, which fire to a cream color. The raw materials from which the dishes are made mainly come from the Boleslawiec area and are suitable for the production of stoneware fired at temperatures above 1200 degrees Celsius. C.

Mass, paints and glazes used in the production process at ZC "BOLESŁAWIEC" Sp. z o.o. do not contain harmful substances, so the plant's products are also safe to use and in contact with food. They can be used for baking in ovens and are dishwasher safe.-

A unique ceramic set from Boleslawiec!

Four cups with saucers – capacity 200 ml

A unique product, made entirely by hand. Stoneware ceramics, paints of natural origin. The product is approved for food contact. Adapted for use in ovens, microwaves and dishwashers. Due to the handmade method of production, slight deviations in the shape of the vessel and the pattern of decoration between individual pieces within a series are possible.
