Shipping information Poland*
The waiting time for delivery, depending on the selected option, is:
DHL courier - 2 business days or faster
DHL Premium Courier - Next business day
Couriers arrive at our warehouse to pick up packed parcels every day from Monday to Friday around 2:00 pm and pick up all packed shipments.
Some information at the end:
- If payment by traditional transfer has been selected, the shipping date will be calculated from the moment the payment confirmation is credited or sent to our bank account.
- Although our warehouse operates 6 days a week, couriers do not pick up packages on weekends.
- In the run-up to Christmas, DHL couriers also deliver packages on Saturdays and Sundays, but this is not the rule and we have no control over it.
Shipping information to other countries*
Parcels to other countries are sent by Polish Post.
Shipping prices may vary depending on the number of products in your order.
